We have fibergalss(SMC) shower tray containers continuously going to UK, last month we got feedback from customer asked for higher pallet to allow the truck to fit the unloading, so the below photo is what we do to the new container—using 100mm-110mm height pallet for new shipment…We can not ensure no problem at all during cooperation, the only thing we can do is to provide fast reaction according to customer’s feedback. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestion from customers, which is good opportunity to improve ourself.
