Fiberglass Hand Lay Up
Our factory started from fiberglass parts made via hand lay up process, which is one of the open molding methods. It can make many kinds of fiberglass parts, applied on auto body kits, industrial machine covers, train parts, tanks etc. Besides the material quality, the key factor to the products made by hand lay up process is the skill of the workers. We are lucky to have more than 50 skilled workers who have been in this field for more than 15 years, including mould making, fiberglass mat laying and trimming. What’s more, we are enjoying lower turnover rate than the average level in this industry because we offer the staff good treatment and career development. In addition, we have strict work introduction for every step during the whole process and specific description for inspection. For package, we make ply wood crates to assure the parts to be delivered in good conditions.
