After a project was confirm, we will make a detailed project plan for each department involved and list out all the potential failure conditions with solutions. Then each department just work as the plan to organize the production, packing and then arrange shipment. Our QC department control the process and quality very strictly. We send detailed inspection report to customers before each shipment so customers know what they are expecting to receive.
